Being physically fit and healthy can add more color to one’s sex life. This may seem a little of a bad news for some. Especially to those who are into exercising. According to studies, there is a huge connection between being physically active and sexually potent. Second is to eat healthy. One may not know that unhealthy diet can actually cause to lower ones’ libido. Zinc is in fact, considered the most important nutrient to support the sexual department. The lower the zinc content of the body, the lower the libido for erection and sexual satisfaction. So, eat right. Try including in your diet zinc-rich meal like fish and other sea foods. They increase men’s natural testerone level, making them more active in bed. Satisfying nights can visit you more often if you eat right.
Finally, say no to vices. Too much drinking in reality can increase the production of body prolactin. This nutrient decreases sexual desire and even causes breast enlargement on men. Smoking, on the other hand, damages the blood circulation. Thus, making it even harder for men to achieve erection. So, to ensure an active and fulfilling sex life, make it a habit to avoid bad habits.
In the end, it is still much more desirable to see a partner that is physically fit with or without those clothes on. A toned body figure can intensify one’s sexual confidence. And it wouldn’t be much of a hassle for the other partner to get him/her in the mood.
